Our site is designed to make shopping easy. When you see an item you wish to buy add it to your shopping basket by clicking the button provided and continue browsing. When you have finished click the check out button on the top menu and enter your details.
All our prices include UK VAT and free UK delivery. We also offer free delivery for overseas orders with a value over £50, please select your country when ordering.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with an item simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery in its original and unused condition to receive your money back.
If you feel that you have cause to complain about anything to do with this site, or goods or service you receive, please email or call 0845 6020324. Any complaints will be responded to within 24 hours of their receipt, when you will be notified of the course of action that we will take to remedy the situation. If the problem cannot be sorted out immediately, we will keep you informed of the progress on a regular basis. Any complaints will be kept strictly confidential and reviewed periodically to see if any areas of the business can be improved and ensure that any failures do not recur again.
